JOSH MELROD | WRITER-DIRECTOR
As a film editor Josh's credits include the documentary The Cult of JT LeRoy (DOC NYC 2014, Hot Docs 2015), which he also co-produced, the narrative short “SKUNK,” First Prize winner of the 2014 Cannes Film Festival-Cinefondation, the narrative features Northern Borders, starring Bruce Dern, and Peter & John, starring Jacqueline Bisset, as well as the forthcoming The Entitlement.
Additional credits include co-producer of the documentary Manhattan, Kansas (SXSW 2006 Audience Award winner). He co-directed the documentary Cartoon College (Glasgow 2012), about a group of aspiring cartoonists at the Center for Cartoon Studies in White River Junction, Vermont.
Josh has taught film editing at The Edit Center in New York City and at Marlboro College's Film Intensive Workshop, and was named among “10 Filmmakers To Watch in 2010” by The Independent. He splits his time between New York and Barnard, Vermont. Major Arcana is his first narrative feature film.
SARAH BRENNAN KOLB | PRODUCER
Sarah is a Brooklyn & Texas-based producer whose past work includes SKUNK (Cannes Cinefondation Grand Prize 2014, LA BAFTA Grand Jury Prize Award 2014), Lost Pines (Palm Springs International, Hollyshorts, DeadCenter Film Festival), The Going Away Party (New Orleans Film Festival, Short of the Week, Vimeo Staff Pick), A Woman Like Me (SXSW, HotDocs 2015), and the upcoming docu-miniseries How to Collapse for Viceland TV, as well as commercial work for clients such as Chelsea Football, Michael Kors, Refinery 29, Secret, Burger King, and Western Union. Sarah is also the co-founder and owner of Tal Vez Entertainment, a film & commercial production company based in Brooklyn, NY and Austin, Texas. Currently, she is directing the upcoming feature documentary GOOD OL GIRL (Fork Films Fellowship 2016, Austin Film Society Spring Fellow 2015).
RAMSEY FENDALL | CINEMATOGRAPHER
Ramsey Fendall is a cinematographer, editor, and co-founder of Room 5 Films, a New York City-based production company. As director of photography, Ramsey has worked on numerous short and feature length films, as well as a variety of commercial projects. His credits include Death of a Pop Star (Glasgow 2011), A Peace of Autumn (Cannes 2014), Con Artist (Tribeca 2009), Works of Art (San Francisco Asian American Film Festival 2010), Kisses, Chloe (Hamptons International Film Festival 2009), BAM150 (Tribeca 2012), and most recently, Seymour: An Introduction, directed by Ethan Hawke (Telluride, Toronto International Film Festival and New York Film Festival 2014). While not behind the camera, Ramsey also works as an editor on documentary and narrative films, including Moving Midway (New Directors/New Films 2008), Skatopia: 88 Acres of Anarchy (Amsterdam 2009), and A Woman Like Me (SXSW 2015), directed by Liz Giamatti and Alexandra Sichel.
